Photographers note: Interesting this about these pictures- the
river you see is actually rushing the wrong
direction, up the river! This is caused by the very large tides
in the Bay of Fundy. Half the day this is
rough whitewater going downstream, with actual waterfalls, and
the other half of the time it looks like this.
