Early this morning while on routine patrol in the vicinity of Vassar Lake, one of our Security officers was alarmed by the sound of a man screaming, followed by a loud splash and the sudden flight of geese from the lake. Rushing to the scene, the officer saw nothing but immediately reported the incident to the CRC.
