Totally random question

Anyone know if it was anyone famous who said, "If it weren't for bad luck, we'd have no luck at all?" I always thought it was a baseball manager (Billy Martin or Casey Stengel came to mind), but a search has turned up nothing.

Well, Ray Charles has a whole song about it. "If It Wasn't For Bad Luck."

Try your search with "I'd have no luck", not "we'd have no luck" I think you will find what you are looking for.
