There was once a man named Joe. Joe was an invention of Bernie Langer's imagination. Bernie Langer came up with the concept of Joe because he was REALLY bored. Bernie Langer recognizes that, yes, there are Joe's who are NOT a figment of Bernie's imagination, but this one is.
Anyway, there was this guy named Joe. Quite unfortunately, Joe died. He died because he was killed by a drunk driver. This wasn't just a normal drunk driver. This was a MILDLY drunk driver. Joe was killed when the driver was parallel parking in a legal parking space.
